Have hope and think positive and it will affect your health. You may quit smoking cigarettes, eat healthier, or just start to exercise again. Without health and happiness what do we have anyway? If we do not do something that we enjoy and are not there to enjoy our success, what are we doing it all for? There is always hope when we have our health, and that is all we need to be truly happy.
